No-Cost Roof Inspections Performed by our Roof Specialist

When scheduling an inspection, we ask that the homeowner is available during this time. This will allow our roof specialist to discuss with you about any damages to the property found during our roof inspection and solutions to the issue.

After introductions, our roof specialist will start with our ground inspection prior to the roof inspection. We walk around the entire home inspecting downspouts, soffits, fascia boards, windows, ac units, and siding. Taking pictures of any damage or installation issues. 

After our ground level inspection, our roof specialist will conduct the roof inspection. During this phase of the inspection, we are looking for any signs of rotted decking, delaminated shingles, storm damage, flashing issues, and missing code items. Any damages we find will be documented and photographed to provide evidence of our discovery for your benefit.

When the roof inspection has concluded, our roof specialist will describe and show photos of what damages we found to the property and create a solution that best suits your wants and needs.
